All right. The latex on Wordpress is just so nice. But the new Arcadian Functor has a very limited upload capacity (for free) so I will be staying here with Blogger.

I think this blog has a nicer design, easier to read. If PDF is a problem why don't use a service like this http://www.scribd.com/. You can upload unlimited pdf. There are others too.

I was wondering if you've tried using any of the TiddlyWiki software. There's a couple of places which provide free hosting for them,
such as TiddlySpot and serversidewiki. There are also a couple of different math plugins which allow you to use TeX or AsciiMath to input equations.

Hi, you might be interested on latex solution for blogger. This script is more powerful than latex on wordpress. It can create commutative diagram by using the xypic package. The demo is here and the installation procedure is here.
