Riemann Rainbow II

As it happens, a very friendly bee gave me the data for the new degree 3 L function. Since the data is not mine to divulge, I won't post it here (I'll just have fun playing with the numbers myself for a while). Oh, all right, maybe one little remark: the first positive zero (they are asymmetric about the real axis) is roughly (certainly not exactly) at 3π, which is about 23 of the first Riemann zeta zero. Recall that the first zero is probably closely related to a low lying energy level for some fundamental physical system.
