Neutrino08
Neutrino08 kicks off this afternoon in the Town Hall, with a reception and cultural performance. Whilst viewing the latest poster listing I noticed that none other than Professor Koide will be attending and his abstract is already available here. (Now I wish I had made a paper poster myself, although it is probably rude for the hosts to take up conference space).
Tommorrow morning kicks off with a lecture on Ernest Rutherford, followed by a talk entitled Where are we? Where are we going?, by A. Smirnov from ICTP. More later.

Nigel, you should stop assuming that people are idiots. It is unbecoming. And please don't bother commenting further.
Smirnov was kind enough to cite my neutrino mass formula. See reference number 104 in his review paper on neutrino mass. It's at least possible he'd be interested in the meson formulas.
Meanwhile, the paper is coming along. I've got the first two sections, "introduction" and "Schwinger's measurement algebra" complete. Next section is "bound state algebra", a description of the algebra of bound states (a modification of the measurement algebra).
Dammit, Carl, you spoiled the surprise. I'm just about to blog about Day 1.
