Quick Update III

I went down to the hot pools for the first time in a while this morning. There was a cool sou'west breeze and a little high cloud to block out the dangerous sun. Meanwhile, I seem to be applying for a work permit overseas. Who knows what will happen next?

Reent experience is that there are really good, unbelievably fun jobs out there for a qualified woman, even in places with a Southwest breeze. Sometimes we do have to move out of town for the best opportunity.

Yes, I think this will be a really fun job, working on real computational physics.

LOL! What a subtle way to announce. Next thing you're going to be complaining because you missed a summer.

Oh, all right then, Carl. Go on, give away the fact that the job is in the northern hemisphere .... LOL.

So, have you seen Ursula Major before? How about the cold northern lights? (Hints for latitude, we'll work on longitude later.)

Carl, LOL. OK, latitude tips only allowed. Actually, I have flown over the north pole from Anchorage to Copenhagen (I went to school in Denmark for a year). I have stopped for a visit on Easter Island once, on my way to South America. I have been to many, many places. Travel tips will probably not be helpful.

Hi Kea,

I wish you success.

If however, this does not keep you in physics, please consider physiology, since this is a multidisciplinary field as well as a Nobel Prize Category.
