The Blog Book
Thanks to Lubos ... here is a cool site where you can automatically turn any blog into a book! Get your pdf copy of AF for a few dollars (unfortunately, I won't get paid). The latex won't compile, but the formatting is pretty good.

Here is the book. As far as I can understand the legalese, which is not very well, I can make this available for personal use.
It's a pity about the badly formatted equations and the lack of comments.
But I suppose these issues don't really matter for string theorists.
Nigel, if you ever bothered to look carefully you would notice that one can include comments in the book, as my version in fact does.
I looked carefully at your book, but there were no comments anywhere.
